Fibre infrastructure installation at Sillwood Ridge in Eester River Cape Town

I have been trying to request Vuma to come and install fibre in our complex for months now but still it has not been installed, every time we call Vuma we are told that there is infrastructure but the people come to install they say there is not infrastructure installed. they finally instructed one of the contractures to come and install, the proceeded with the process and everything but by the time they we suppose to dig trenches to install cables then the project was take away from them, no one is willing to provide us with information as to why it was stopped, we called vuma no one wants to provide us with an update
