Fibre down - Vumatel Service and Contact ability is Poor

Hi Vumatel,

I am really disturbed with the lack of getting hold of Vumatel directly or via my ISP. MY ISP logged a called to Vumatel and i recieved an sms stating Vumatel will come today at 9:30am... to date NOONE HAS nor an update has been given.

our complex fibre is provided by vumatel and EVERY unit is down. we need an urgent fixing. this is really taking long.
