Fibre down for over 6 hours

Hi. Can we have an eta when the vumatel lines will be back up in the Robertsham area. Fibre has been down for over 6 hours. We work from home and this is frustrating. Why can't the maintenance be done at night with minimal impact to the paying customers. No announcements also of when the internet will be going down. Its a pity that Vumatel is the only Fibre provider in the area.
