Fibre down again

Again, no internet connection! This has been happening every second day for 2 weeks. And every single time, I have to spend money on airtime to call them, only to be told that they will log a ticket and it will take 48 hours for them to get back to me. Sad part is I have an exam to write and I have to use my phone to hotspot when I am paying for Vumatel fibre! Don’t use Vumatel guys
