Fibre Disconnected during maintenance/upgrades

Vumatel did maintenance/upgrades yesterday in front of our house. We lost internet because they broke something. Went outside to speak to the Vumatel employees 4 times and they reassured me that it will be fixed the same day. They then left without any help. Please urgently come and fix what you broke.
