Every time when I pay WiFi when it’s off,I’m always given the same excuse that there’s an outage in Khayelitsha and they can’t send the technicians to come as Khayelitsha is a high risk area and you’ll find that’s not the case because last month I was told the same story and no technician came and my WiFi was activated out of the blue and to top it up you are being promised refund but nothing happens from February been experiencing this with Vumatel,
