Fibre Covers left off

Vumatel worked on a fibre pole planted in front of my house. Upon leaving the scene they left without replacing the cover and left it laying on my pavement. I tried phoning Vumatel, but its impossible to contact vumatel. No telephone numbers or E-mail addresses is available, only numbers to "order fibre". If this is impossible to get hold of them, im glad that Im not a client of vumatel. Imagine getting hold of them with a service problem. Sorry Vumatel,.....I tried to help but you now have a pole cover on its way to the municipal tip.
