Fiber support

What a pathetic service provider, its day 3 that I'm sitting with out fiber connection, called 5 times, spoke the managers and I was promised that technician will be send out to resolve fiber connection Friday or Saturday and was asked to be at home, surprise surprise, still n technician and no fiber and I work from home, In this day and age with more and more people working form home support is critical.
