Fiber still not acticve

I had a working fiber line - i just ISP due to cost. since the 1st Jan 2023 i can't get any isp to get me connect again. Overall just a horible experience. Like confirming if the fiber line was release or asking the new isp to connect me. always the answers. Esclated to Vumatel or order was placed etc. The line was working why should there be any escalation to get the fiber line active. The isp can only so much. My spesfic problem is due to not getting any clarity form Vumatel to best understand where the fault is and i'm not able to get hold of Vumatel (so shielded from the world)
