Fiber Speed Upgrade Horrible service from Vumatel

Good day I just wanted to write a review of the horrible service from Vumatel the ISP in question is Afrihost, and I feel for Afrihost as they have to deal with unhappy customers while they wait for Service from Vumatel and no way to escalate an issue properly I have submitted a speed upgrade from 10mg to 100mg Industry-standard lead times for speed upgrades are 24 to 48 hours however I have now been waiting a week for this to happen vumatel's default response time to a logged call is 48 to 72 hours witch I feel is unacceptable for a Service provider these days at the end of the day the client has to wait weeks before they get any assistance, if anyone ever has to ask me if I would suggest vumatel for anything I will say no. I understand process is process but having to wait 72 hours just to get an update from a service provider is unacceptable.

An still no update. This is a joke worst service ever It is impossible to get hold of anyone at Vumatel. Even after writing a complaint here still, nothing has happened the link is still not upgraded, I do not know what is wrong either someone is not doing their job or the internal processes are not working. I think it is time to log a formal complaint with Icasa as this is just unacceptable.
