Fiber Providers and communication

Having switched ISP providers and being on Vuma fiber , the activation has not happened from Vuma's side- Today will be the 5th day without fiber due to Vuma's delays. Their response was my reference has been escalated, however, one can never seem to receive a clear cut response or further comms. Most disappointing and frustrating, particularly as they are the only fiber suppliers in our area.
