FIBER NOT INSTALLED I 15 DAYS

I have never been so disappointed on such a well established company, Firstly they're false advertising the next thing no body knows who does what after several email and WhatsApp chats still no help, i was told that the fiber will be installed within 2 days however it have took more than 10 days from day one i received a call i was ask of the address where they will install the fiber it was given a week ago i was told and given the date on 3rd Feb 2022 when i follow up after noticing that there was no one coming to install yet again i was told that the address is incorrect i do not know how.

After all do not go to this company for their services as you will be introubled should you want to work from home. their service suck i wouldn't recommend anyone.

I have asked for a refund will take the services to another company since then no one have rep**** me.
