Fiber Installation Nightmare

Last year I had taken a fiber contract with Vodacom , which was installed by Vumatel . The installation on its own was a process . Vumatel had come in and dug up a strip of my drive way in order to run the cable to the house and we were advised that within 2 weeks a team will return to fix the driveway so that the job will be "complete " . It is now exactly a year later and nobody has returned and so the driveway is obviously not fixed . I have tried there website and they have removed contact details and direct you to the service provider , which is Vodacom .I have called Vodacom numerous times and was advised that they cannot help me but instead Vumatel as they are the installers !!!!!!!!!! I am appalled at the level of service Vumatel offers . ALL I NEED IS MY DRIVEWAY TO BE FIXED . I will never recommend Vumatel .
