Fiber disconnected afrihost waiting on vumatell
Hi
I'm reaching out to vuma hoping my issue can be resolved. 4 days ago fiber was disconnected when bank card expired. I called afrihost who asked me to contact payfast. After lots of backa and forth on Wednesday 7th afrihost said they are my point of contact. Afrihost then said matter has been escalated to vuma a for a response. Can someone please contact me for account details to follow up.

10 Dec 2024, 10:20I am repeating the same story over and over and its very frustrating. This is not a clean account issue, its a connectivity issue as well hence Afrihost is waiting on Vuma Its amazing no one wants to even take the imitative to find take my details and check, i get the standard response.
