Fiber deal or a hoax?????

It’s been now 4 weeks, several phone calls to Vumatel and emails send with no avail. I received my routers from Telkom 3 weeks ago and an email from Vumatel with an order number. Is this a hoax - the new deal with Telkom? Everytime I phone to find out what is going on, the operator put me on hold only to be cut off. This is really pathetic service and now looks like a ****.
