Fiber cable coming out of the ground.

4 months ago I requested Vuma to come and install wifi at my house and we agreed on a debit order which I go the first month at R60 and thereafter normal installment of R394

2 months back I asked them to come and fix the cable as it is now sticking out and all I get from them is that they logging a call even today I am still waiting the cable is still out.

Last week I sent an email to the and no response Please I need help or they must come take ou their fiber.
