Fiber

I app**** for Fiber trough vodacom with Vuma it is the only way to get fiber trough Vuma so i have been following up with vodacom as there is no direct line for Vumatel we app**** in August 2021 And its been almost a year january they said that the fiber is not life yet in our area eventhough when inapp**** it showed there is fiber in my area, then they said that someone will call me as soon as it is life yet no feedback since then so i tried to apply with herohotel who also said that they will get in contact when the fiber is life im so fed up two weeks ago new people moved into the complex and geuss what they got fiber wile moving in... Herohotel installed it so i asked the people if the fiber is life they said yes they will contact the office to find out if im on the list for instalation and no feedback so this is the Worst service ever and belive me i had pritty ****ty service from wifi companies! I logged a call two weeks ago and vodacom closed the call with no feedback and no confirmation of closing it i called twice before they closed it and they just said that it was asighned and they will get back to me withim 48 hours.. They didnt otherwise i did not have to go this far!
