Feels like a rip-off! Unhappy and want to cancel!

I'm utterly disappointed with Vuma's service. I reported my Wi-Fi was down, and a technician came to check. He told me my line is faulty. First of all, I don't believe I should be paying for a service that is faulty and requires repairs this soon. I've only been here for one month!

To make it worse, the line is damaged outside my house. It's not where I could have accidentally broken it. How is it possible that I caused this damage in just one month? This feels like a complete rip-off, just a way to take money from people for a problem that was already there. I am not happy and want to cancel my contract.

Dear Vuma Team,

Thank you for your email regarding the reinstallation.

I must formally dispute any charge for this reinstallation. As I have been a tenant in this apartment for only one month, the reported line fault is clearly a pre-existing condition and not due to any damage caused by me.

The service infrastructure is your responsibility. Charging me to repair or reinstall your own faulty equipment is unacceptable. I did not cause this issue, and therefore I will not be liable for the cost of fixing it.

Please confirm in writing that this reinstallation will be performed at no cost to me and that my account will not be billed for this visit.

I will not accept any communication regarding payment for this issue. All further correspondence must be via email.

Thank you for your understanding.
