Faulty Vumatel fibre cable

Vumatel gives the worst service ever. There is constantly a fault on their fibre lines. They give the lamest excuses or claim that the fault was not reported. I think that a lot of service providers like Webafrica and all other service providers will loose a lot of their customers due to making use of Vumatel.
