Fault was never resolved but i received sms stating it's resolved
i've been having endless buffering and slow connection problems. I upgraded to 100mbps thinking no more buffering , no more slow connection but after ten consultants assisting me I still have the problem. I called afrihost who could not help me. They logged a fault with Vumatel, who just sent me an sms stating fault resolved.

29 Apr 2025, 14:19I have done numerous speed tests and find the following. Without ethernet cable is 34.90 download and 32.44. With the ethernet cable the speed is 92.93 download and 41.74 upload speed. All i'm requesting is for a technician to be sent out to test the router as I i am convnce the problem is the router. I've connected my TV, Desktop and my Laptop all at the same time with ethernet cables and I still get top speed. Just stop wasting my precious time by phone calls. A technician has to be sent out
