Fault updates
Now entering day two of internet and phones being down and no info available on progress! Avoided Vumatel for this reason and all complaints on this site - but they now bought Mitsol!!! Another Telkom brewing here consider they man a call centre that has no info on progress - just told to wait 2 days to see if it improves!! Not acceptable. IConnect just as apethetic about progress and just refer me to vumatel!

01 Nov 2017, 12:12Problem now sorted on Day 3 - I can work around downtime when accompanied with information/ timelines. Vumatel does not have a customer service dept only a complaints registeration department that does not have information or believe that customers require information to manage this downtime! I'm jumping ship as soon as an alternative becomes available. Can't deal with this again - i'm even considering moving back to Telkom!!!
