Fantastic service from Bervin Rakitla

The manager, Bervin Rakitla gets 5 stars from me because of his outstanding service and dedication to the job, when no one else could assist me to fix the fibre issue that I had, he went above and beyond to help me, it is very rare in today's time's to get such excellent work ethics, my greatest appreciation and thanks to him, I would really wish if vumatel could promote him to a senior position as he deserves it, with a bonus.I suffered for 12 days with no internet and no one bothered to fix it, but Bervin went out of his way to help,working after hours to get my fibre connected, big thumbs up from me.
