False promises and no delivery

We ordered fibre from WebAfrica on 30 Nov 2017 and 2 months on , no progress has been made. After countless calls and emails to *********** employees of WebAfrica and Vumatel, they have not yet given us any indication of when we will get installation . They have made promises to install the connection on mulitple occasions, but keep prolonging the process by creating new issues everytime. Our ADSL has already been cancelled and it is costing us a fortune to purchase data due to a lack of cooperation from WebAfrica and Vumatel; as both cannot provide any time frame for a resolution. ***
