False installation promises 😔😫

It has now been two months since we have been waiting for you guys to come install fibre, the area has coverage we have paid, this is not a free service!!!! I am failing to understand why must we now beg for something we have already paid for?! There was communication between you and us about 3 weeks ago and every proof that was required was sent, come install already or refund the amount.
