False Adverti*****t / don't want business/ very poor customer service

So recently i app**** for a vumatel 1gbps package through RSAweb, as my adress is showing Vuma and Sadv coverage now on most isps, 3 days later i followed up on my order, only to find out that vuma apparently doesn't have coverage in my area, so to come to my conclusion, This is either false adverti*****t or Vuma's Staff is not up to speed with the latest merger between SADV and Vuma, They shouldn't be making up stories to their client's and should rather come with facts, throwing away easy business, and not going the extra mile is how you lose business, cannot imagine how many orders/clients vuma has lost already in this last month....
