False Advertising - Vumatel Fibre Line
Hi,
Below is a statement from an e-mail sent by Vumatel to it's customers regarding their ability to provide internet access during load shedding: "Vumatel's network is backed up by generators and UPS hardware so if you have backup power* at home, you will be able to surf the internet during load-shedding."
This is definitely false as no backup power exists. I found this extremely deceiving, so my suggestion will be to utilise other service providers if possible, especially if you are dependent on an internet connection for business purposes.
