False Advertising + Bad service

Let me paint you a picture quick.

Vumatel comes to my complex and installs fibre units on all the units boundary walls , great stuff we all get fibre.

I go online to order a package namely the 20mb uncapped fibre to home package for R799.00 including installation and free router ( bonus right ) WRONG!!

I get a superhero to come over to my property thinking today is the day I get fibre after not having internet due to cable theft for over 2 months.

The superhero cant do the job because he is not accredited to install the last mile ( from the box on my boundary wall into my house ) which is fine because i don't want him damaging my property.

I call Vumatel to find out what is going on and they inform me that I have to pay to get the last mile installed as it is not financially feasible for Vumatel. ( BULL****)

Now forgive me if I am wrong but why install in my complex in the first place if its not financially feasible??

Surely you will make the money back from all 25 units that need internet and phone lines??

My personal favourite which I have proof of ( FREE INSTALLATION ) is advertised on the package with nothing stating you will not install the last mile as part of the free installation.

To top it all off you don't respond to emails, you haven't had your manager get back to me about this in over a week!!

THIS IS DISGUSTING !!
