False advertising and terrible service

Terrible customer service from vumatel. We get told that the installation is free and that they will cover all the cost related to Installation. Then we get told you must pay per meter when they come to do the installation. When you call customer service, after waiting for almost and hour and getting transferred 3 times, there's still no joy. The consultants aren't aware of the agreement that were made, but no attempts are made to look into the problem and when we speak about terminating the contract /agreement there's again no attempt to retain the client. Incredibly misleading advertising and incredibly disappointing service. Mind you, this is after payment was taken from me and after their inability to be transparent from the start, I still have to wait 10 working days for my refund.
