False advertising

I was approached by those people who are doing house calls selling vuma,they took my details and said I'll get a call during the week as it was a weekend but it took over a month before I got that call and when I did the consultant told me about a promotion they're running for March,You pay only R19.00 for your 1st online payment but when I try to make that payment it requires the R399 so I believe that's false advertising
