Failure to attend to logged tickets

I have been without linternet for 4 days now LOS blinking red on router, I have followed up on almost all platforms everyday, to get the same response "they are looking into the matter".

I genuinely don't understand how they fail to provide proper service to paying customers.

Some of us work from home and rely on the internet, now one has to incur additional costs while paying for Wifi.
