Failing to provide

The lady by the name Lufuno has no customer service etiquette. When I asked to have my call escalated they just left my call on hold.

Vuma terminated my service after they received payment and when they are to fix they tell me of turnaround time of 48 hours. This company apparently has no supervisors nor managers hence the employees do as they please. Case number ***6.
