Failing to fix fibre issues promptly

My fibre has not been working for a week now. I logged a ticket on Thursday. There has been no technician who came to fix the connection. Instead I have been running after them, calling them and there have been excuses every single day. I am extremely tired of calling Vuma and begging them to come fix the fibre. One thing they are good at is deducting money on time but failing to fix the issues a client has.
