Extremely unhappy with service

Have been waiting for line activation since 27 March. Moved to another ISP on 3 April and still waiting for the lien to be activated. No installation needed, as there is already a line/box. Same story, they don't know where the house is, even though we have selected the house on the map that they provided numerous times. This is ridiculous, no feedback, nothing.
