Extremely Terrible Service from Sales contact center staff.

I am unable to get assistance from your terrible call center staff. (Anati, Sfiso, Pinky, Nelita, Phumela etc). I have been made a fool by being placed on hold and not being put through to the person that can assist with my issue. I was provided wrong escalation emails and was really provided a terrible service by the sales staff. I would never recommend anyone to use this Vumtel .

Please help provide better service to us you'll customers.
