Extremely Poor Service, Unprofessionalism and Zero Accountability

If you don't mind unprofessionalism, poor service and complete disrespect for your time, then Vumatel is the service provider for you.

Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for Monday, 19 October. Nobody showed up, and we had to chase after them. It was rescheduled for 20 October, and AGAIN, nobody showed up. No communication, no feedback, nothing! We had to call them ourselves to ask why they weren't honouring appointments they made. All they do is promise to escalate the matter, but whenever you call for feedback, there's no update, and they simply say they'll escalate it AGAIN.

The installation was scheduled AGAIN for today, 22 October, at 11:30. It is now 13:30, and nobody has shown up!

This level of unprofessionalism, poor communication and lack of accountability is absolutely disgusting. Customers should not have to chase a company to provide a service they are supposed to deliver. Vumatel's service is appalling, and I would not recommend them based on this experience.
