Extremely Poor Service from Vumatel & Afrihost

Extremely poor service from Vumatel, & Afrihost, i ordered a fibre line on the 17th of Feb 2021 but upto now i still do not have internet, Afrihost they do not do any follow up and they do not respond to clients comms, Vumatel are worse they have failed to install a working line into my premises, logged a ticket ISP 301483 and they said it would work on it within 3 days it is now two weeks with no resolution in sight. Poor beyond measure.
