Extremely poor service from Vumatel

I contacted them Dec 24 for installation I was informed they only had skeleton staff. I cancelled and a refund was promised within 14 days. No refund was received but they deducted a premium every month despite the fact that no installation was done. VUMATEL is a ******** organisation.

Received a message today to remind me I must have sufficient funds in my account- this is despite the fact that i cancelled more than one occasion I am under the impression they only have highly *********** employees.
