Extremely poor service

What a joke we have had no wifi for 2 days now. You can’t get hold of them on any number to get feedback. When I phone my service provider (web Africa) for any feedback we waited on the phone 45 minutes and had to key in 2, 12 times and still had no response. No one can help, no one can give any feedback and the service offered is a joke. We are in Sandown and work from home, so who will reimburse the lost income for 2 days??
