Extremely poor service

I do not even k ow how to express how unhappy I am with this service provider. In the last year or so that we have been with this service provider for our fibre internet line,we have just experienced poor service when it comes to solving a connection issue. In the past month we have been without internet for at least a week if you count all the hours together that our line was down with no explanation tonwhat the cause was. We have been with internet now for a solid week and been logging service tickets,contacting vodacom to escalate the issue and nothing has been done about our problem,but skip a payment then they are quick to disconnect your services,but when you need them to resolve the issue then they are useless!!!

We pay for a service that is not being rendered,but unable to use the services. My wife works from home some days and is reliant on internet,so not just does it limit us as a family to use the service,but my wife's work also suffers as a cause of their lack to provide a service that we pay for!!

I will not recommend vumatel or vodacom to anyone ever again,and feel obligated to post this message on all social media platforms to inform people out there how useless these providers are and help them to choose wisely and never to make use of these companies.
