Extremely Poor Service

I am a Vumatel / Cool Ideas Customer and have been struggling to get connected for over 6 weeks because I moved home. The Technicians refused to install the line saying it's too much work, they'd be back and never bothered to return since the 3rd June (Montefalco, Pineslopes) and now I can't apply witha different provider as this unfinished line is still active
