Extremely Poor Service

Need some Assistance.

Vuma is playing duck and dive when they have to activate my account. I have done what is possibly right on my side. Just today, I spoke to Clara and Melita and I am not getting help. Clara was suppose to call me back with feedback but she did not. I am sent from pillar to post. Kindly assist.
