Horrible, disaster service provider, I’ve trying to cancel subscription for years with them, they will let communicate with the machine on their WhatsApp & tell you routed to an agent, the agent will attend you after 3 hours or in the early hours of the morning @ 3 AM. If u called their customer care services, they refer u back to their WhatsApp machine. My son’s room does not have internet, when u go outside the house there is no network. I am paying them mahala.
