I am well aware of the frustration and the inconvenience caused by this.. Hence, I am constantly on the FNO's case.

Kindly note that I have once again followed up with the FNO management as part of my effort to get the issue resolved sooner. I will revert for feedback in receipt.

so cool ideas said above is your standard response to everyone and they are still trying to get your technician out and your technician have already taken almost 6 weeks.
stop blaming one another and render service that is paid for.
very soon i will be moving to another FNO.
Don't care attitude from both Vumatel and Cool ideas.
