Extremely Frustrated with Cool Ideas and Vumatel's Service and Support

I am experiencing a major problem with Cool Ideas and have reached a point where I feel compelled to take this issue public through various social media platforms.

Two weeks ago, I made a payment for my Wi-Fi service via EasyPay, as recommended by Cool Ideas, using the reference number they provided. This was necessary because I was unable to make the payment online due to issues with their website. Despite making the payment and providing proof, my service is still not active.

I have logged a ticket on their website, sent numerous emails, and made countless phone calls, yet I have received no assistance. Every interaction with Cool Ideas has been frustratingly unproductive. I even spoke with a manager, who informed me that the issue lies with Vumatel and that they have sent them an email. However, when I contacted Vumatel, they claimed that they do not handle payments and that it is up to Cool Ideas to resolve the issue.

I signed up with Cool Ideas, yet every month, I face issues with making payments. This recurring problem is incredibly unpleasant and unacceptable. I am paying for a service that is not being delivered, and the lack of effective support is disheartening.

What are my options now? I need a resolution to this ongoing issue, as I am tired of spending money on a service that is not being provided.
