Extremely disappointed with Vumatel’s Services
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Vumatel, they don't even deserve a star.
I experienced three full days without an internet connection. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that there was an outage in my area. This was not true — all my neighbors and the surrounding area had active internet connections. After several follow-ups and no proper assistance, a technician was only dispatched on the third day. The technician confirmed that on the day I lost connection, another Vumatel technician had come to install internet for a different client and removed my cable, which caused my disconnection. What makes this even more frustrating is that those three days were already covered in my monthly installment. I paid for a full service but was unable to use the internet due to an internal mistake by Vumatel’s technician. It is unfair for customers to pay for a service they could not access because of the company’s error. The lack of honesty from customer service and the delay in resolving the issue are unacceptable. I am deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with how this matter was handled.
I was initially informed that there was an outage in my area, which later proved to be incorrect. After several follow-ups, it was only on the third day that a technician was dispatched and the actual cause was identified.
Those three days were already covered under my monthly installment, meaning I paid for a service I could not access due to an internal error. If I had failed to make payment, my connection would have been suspended immediately. It is therefore concerning that when the service disruption is caused by your own technician, the same urgency and accountability are not app****.
I would appreciate clarity on how this matter will be addressed in terms of compensation or credit for the downtime.
