Extremely Disappointed with Vumatel WiFi Service*

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my Vumatel WiFi connection for OVER A WEEK now, and the lack of assistance is appalling. Despite numerous attempts to contact their support team, I've received zero resolution or meaningful updates.

The constant downtime has severely impacted my ability to attend to online commitments, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my work. It's ridiculous that a service provider like Vumatel can't ensure reliable connectivity.

Key issues:

- No internet connectivity for over 7 days - Poor customer support response - Lack of transparency regarding outage causes and resolution timelines - Significant impact on productivity and online obligations

Expected improvements:

- Reliable and consistent internet connectivity - Prompt and effective customer support - Regular updates on outage resolution progress

Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend Vumatel WiFi to anyone.

*UPDATE:* I hope Vumatel takes my feedback seriously and resolves this issue promptly.
