Extremely disappointed with Vumatel Service

So extremely disappointed in Vumatel's service. There is absolutely no way of getting hold of any kind of support from Vumatel over a weekend. No answering to the number i called. No replies on Facebook. I left a message on twitter yesterday 26 Jan on twitter. Only to be told they are not aware of the outage in Radiokop. Guess what it is Sunday evening 27 January and my line is still not working. After numerous engagements with Afrihost I was told that the fault is definitely with Vumatel. HOW DO I GET HOLD of anyone to assist me over a weekend? Absolutely ridiculous. No further replies to my twitter requests. The worst is I am not the only one complaining!! There are soooo many people in my area who don't have service at the moment? AND JUST NO one seem to care one bit! Vumatel the least of them all!!!!
