Extremely Disappointed with Vumatel

I am beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received from Vumatel. I paid for Wi-Fi on the 10th, and to this day, I still have no working internet. Every time I reach out, I’m told that technicians are being sent, but that’s clearly a lie because nothing has been done.

To make matters worse, I contacted Afrihost (since I paid through them), and they told me Vumatel claimed the fibre issue had already been resolved. That is simply not true. There has been no resolution, no communication, and absolutely no sense of urgency from Vumatel’s side.

This entire experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I paid for a service and got excuses instead. Vumatel needs to take accountability and actually deliver on what customers are paying for.
