Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. After paying for a service that was never delivered, I expected a straightforward refund. Instead, I have been sent from pillar to post with endless excuses and no resolution. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. A company should honor its commitments and treat customers with respect, but my experience has been the opposite. I would caution others to think carefully before engaging with this business, as they have failed to deliver on their promises and have not taken responsibility for their actions.
