Extremely bad work quality as they just messed up at my property

Extremely Bad Quality of work

Vumatel was installing fiber optic infrastructure in our area, Bloemfontein Heuwelsig. They abandoned the site with trenches standing open for more than a month, apparently because they were having problems with a sub-contractor. After several phone calls and letters send they committed to completion date which was once again just empty promises.

I asked the regional manger if they are going to clean the area and my property paving and drive way here they made a mess and they once again just made more empty promises. I'm still waiting and nothing has been done.

Deeply disgusted in the wat they handle a issue at hand.
